| CVG Strategy’s Test Management Department was established to provide manufacturers with a new option of a comprehensive off-site compliance department via our complete testing and program management expertise for today's complex product offerings. Many times a manufacturer faces massive and complicated standards imposed by their customers. Unless they have the budget and skilled personnel, managing a suite of product testing is a big challenge. We understand this and offer our services to help our clients solve this problem. Compliance with US military, aviation and product life cycle standards is challenging, our goal is to make it simple to manage. With five (5) major A2LA Certified (American Association for Laboratory Accreditation) Test Labs within a 2 hour drive from our Viera, Florida Headquarters. With these labs we have the capability and available resources to get your test program completed on schedule. We can help you with simple qualification tests for a new product and have the capacity to manage major programs. Typically we start with conception of a Product Life Cycle Plan (LCEP) and use that to generate Detailed Environmental Test Plans (DETP) both per MIL-STD 810. We will manage the testing and serve as the on-site witness. When the testing is complete, our experts can analyze the certified lab test reports and generate test summaries which can be used for marketing and sales purposes.
