Cindy V. Gholston Founder and President Mrs. Gholston brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations from industries such as technology, consumer products and services, and logistics. Familiar with growth and changing environments, she has spent the majority of her professional career working in divisions of well-known companies during times of transition. Her contributions on workflow process improvement projects, training programs, and best practices at Sony Electronics, BAX Global, Capital One, and other small manufacturers are evident in her quest to help organizations with continual improvement. Having worked in various sales channels with tangible and service-oriented products, her diverse background enables her to provide a fresh perspective to clients on solutions. Mrs. Gholston earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Pepperdine University - Graziadio School of Business and Management. |

Kevin M. Gholston Vice President of Business Development Mr. Gholston is a highly respected senior executive with more than 20 years experience with technology and defense projects.
Most recently as CEO of EDAK, Inc., he was responsible for its explosive growth and market-leading position providing military grade electronic enclosures for C4ISR, Electronic Warfare and Satcom Systems. His work with environmental compliance per MIL-STD-810 was critical to the success at EDAK. One of his key projects while Director of North American Sales at Multiplex was his contribution to the optical network upgrade on the NRAO Expanded Very Large Array in Socorro, New Mexico. The same technology is currently being deployed on the ALMA System in Chile. Additional technologies in his portfolio include opto-electronic components, telecom equipment, and computer systems. His in-depth knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes can be credited to prior key positions held as President & CEO, General Manager, Director of Sales and Operations, and Director of Customer Service & Technical Support. Mr. Gholston’s broad scope of understanding the complexities and challenges of small-to-medium size companies come from his proven track record of being at the forefront of restructuring organizations, maximizing growth potential, and delivering profitable solutions.
